Do genes predominantly create our reality? Or do we have a much more active part in co-creating our reality and the things that happen to us based on our thoughts? The conclusion is- the thoughts you think and what is projected out into the Universe will correspond to the energy that is being put out there and bring it to you!

It has been found that the thoughts we think and the beliefs we hold have a profound influence on our health and the life we create.
